RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your THRU-r.com membership subscription purchase or THRU-r.com shop purchase!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund for your membership or return or exchange your item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Membership subscription payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion and in accordance
with the rules governing each subscription. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more details. All shop returns must be postmarked or requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All shop items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item from the shop, please email customer service at info@THRU-r.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds 

Membership subscription payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion and in accordance
with the rules governing each subscription. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more details. After receiving your shop request or return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions     

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note all sale items are final and cannot be returned.
